1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "9apis" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" refers to the operator of the 9apis online gaming platform accessible at 9apis.net.
• "Platform" refers to the 9apis website, all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and any digital service provided by the Company under the 9apis brand.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 9apis Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered 9apis player account created by and assigned to a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the aggregate of deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings held in a Player's 9apis Account at any given time.
• "Real Money Balance" refers specifically to deposited funds and settled winnings derived from real money wagers, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or bonus funds credited to a Player's Account by the Company under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "GCash" / "Maya" / "QR Ph" and other named payment methods refer to the respective third-party electronic payment services supported on the 9apis Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 9apis Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full, including any additional policies incorporated by reference, such as the 9apis Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all aspects of your use of the 9apis Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, and customer support interactions. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are accessing 9apis on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain a 9apis Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a resident of, or are physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted;
3. You are not located in a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling, including but not limited to jurisdictions subject to international sanctions;
4. You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
5. You do not have an existing active or suspended 9apis Account under any name or identity;
6. You have not previously been self-excluded, banned, or otherwise restricted from accessing the 9apis Platform;
7. You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 9apis or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

9apis reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in suspension or permanent closure of the Account and withholding of any Balance pending investigation.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money games on 9apis, you must create a registered Account by completing the registration process on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address.

You are permitted to hold only one active 9apis Account at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, the Company reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all associated accounts without prior notice;
• Forfeit any Balance — including Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance — held across all duplicate accounts;
• Withhold any pending withdrawal requests pending a full investigation.

9apis may, at its sole discretion, require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or upon detecting unusual account activity. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Players in the Philippines may be asked to submit any of the following as valid identification: PhilSys National ID, passport, SSS/GSIS ID, driver's license, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or other PAGCOR-accepted forms of identification.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 9apis login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your 9apis Account and not reuse passwords from other services;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends;
• Log out of your 9apis Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify the 9apis support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to, or use of, your Account.

9apis will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from 9apis that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

The Company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where such access arose from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security of their login credentials, except where such loss is directly attributable to negligence on the part of 9apis.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 9apis are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The Platform supports the following payment methods: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction;
• Deposits are credited to the Player's 9apis Balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider;
• 9apis does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which 9apis is not responsible;
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to the Account.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from a verified 9apis Account;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 9apis Account holder;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction;
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 3 to 5 minutes during normal operating conditions; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days;
• 9apis reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal request;
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied;
• The Company reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

9apis may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another Player;
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms;
• All bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default Wagering Requirement is twenty (20) times the bonus amount;
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry;
• 9apis reserves the right to determine which games contribute to Wagering Requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded;
• 9apis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to compliance with applicable regulations;
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other fraudulent methods — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 9apis Platform — including live casino tables, JILI slots and other slot titles, fish shooting games (God Fish Slicing, Pirate Fishing), bingo rooms, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules as presented within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

By participating in any game on 9apis, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All slot and RNG-based games use certified random number generators to determine outcomes. Game results are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated;
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by real-time dealer action and are subject to the same random variance as physical casino play;
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the results of the relevant sporting events as recorded by official sources. 9apis reserves the right to void bets where the integrity of an event is in question;
• All wagers placed on 9apis are final once confirmed. Players may not cancel or reverse a placed wager;
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, 9apis reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the Player's Account;
• 9apis is not responsible for any losses arising from a Player's decision to continue playing during a known technical issue.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9apis Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one 9apis Account under any name or identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological aid to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit other Players;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to the 9apis support team immediately;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purposes;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate deposits made to 9apis through any payment provider;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 9apis staff, support agents, or other Players;
• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any 9apis content, trademarks, or proprietary materials without prior written consent from the Company.

10. Responsible Gaming

9apis is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. The Company recognizes that, for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligation to provide safeguards seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 9apis Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period;
• Session Reminders: Players may configure time-based reminders to alert them of the duration of their current gaming session;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the Account settings or by contacting the 9apis support team. Self-excluded accounts are locked from login and excluded from all marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion period;
• Reality Check: Players may enable periodic reality check notifications that display elapsed session time and net gaming activity.

9apis enforces a strict 21+ age policy and conducts age verification on all accounts. Players who exhibit signs of problem gambling may be contacted by the 9apis responsible gaming team and may be subject to mandatory account restrictions in accordance with our obligations under PAGCOR regulations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9apis Platform — including but not limited to the 9apis brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of the Company or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 9apis Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 9apis content without written authorization;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 9apis content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use the 9apis brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of 9apis intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law, for which the Company reserves all rights and remedies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9apis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling decisions made by the Player;
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or delays beyond the Company's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on inaccurate or outdated information displayed on the Platform due to caching or display errors;
• Any loss of profit, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's own wrongful acts or omissions, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited under applicable Philippine law.

The 9apis Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.

13. Termination

9apis reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so;
• The Player becoming ineligible to use the Platform for any reason;
• The Company's decision to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction or market segment.

Upon account closure by the Company due to a Player's breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the Account. Where an Account is closed for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method, subject to identity verification.

Players may close their own 9apis Account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player following standard withdrawal processing.

14. Amendments

9apis reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to the requirements of applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. The Company will provide reasonable notice of material changes through one or more of the following methods: a notification displayed on the Platform upon login, an email to the Player's registered email address, or an update to the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 9apis Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. 9apis recommends bookmarking this page and reviewing it each time you use the Platform.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the 9apis Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 9apis informally by contacting the support team at [email protected]. The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a written complaint.

In the event that informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution channel, in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.
